From his years of discretion he assiduously attends Philomé Obin's Atelier. The so very peculiar architecture of his hometown constantly feeds his inspiration. As a matter of fact, he is a past master at painting these colonial houses with balconies of woodworking laces. He is one of the greatest representatives of the Ecole du Cap.
