A few quotes among others:

42:09 - border security and drug trafficking taking place at the border
"damaging tremendously the Dominican Republic with an increase in crime rate..."

42:30 - health issues
"specially with HIV/AIDS. Haiti has the largest rate of HIVS/AIDS in Latin America and that endangers the Dominican Republic..."

43:17 - economy
"Haiti's GDP amounts to 4 billion dollars a year. Dominican Republic's is 32 billion dollars a year. So Dominican Republic's GDP is 8 times Haiti's. Dominican is seen as a modern country, when Haitians look at the Dominican Republic it's like a reference model to them in terms of what a modern country is like. So Dominican Republic is like a magnet, an attraction for Haitians coming in."

43:42 - order
"But what I insist is first you have to maintain order in Haiti and you don't have the military there in place and you have a police which is not well trained, unfunded, cannot deal with public order in Haiti. Then the vision we have in the Dominican Republic is that the MINUSTAH forces should be there for some time in order to help Haiti manage its public order, domestic public order"
