And the lies have continued unabated right through the debates. In the latest, Vice President and former CEO of Halliburton had the audacity to declare that he never said there was a link between Saddam Hussein and 9/11, when the public record shows that he did on numerous occasions.

The American public appears to be numb. A friend of mine suggests that this is the result of wide-scale subliminal messaging on television. I am not inclined to believe him but something must be afoot. How could so many millions of educated people accept to be deceived so?
